The war on terror has indirectly ended or dramatically de-escalated nearly a dozen conflicts, including:Nepal, Sri Lanka, Colombia, Chad, Congo, Kashmir, Israel, Kurdistan, Philippines, Burundi, Somalia and Sudan. This is in addition to the Afghan & Iraqi democracies and Libya's renouncing weapons. So how many lives has Bush saved now? I'd guess about 50,000 a year at this point.
